- 2. Enter symbol number and DOB (YYYY/MM/DD) & search
Method 2: IVR System
- 1. Dial 1601 and follow the instructions
Method 3: Message
- 1. Send: "NEB <SPACE> <SYMBOL NUMBER>" to 1601
